Looks for me like problem is VPP doesn't know about AllIntermediateSystems MAC
so it drops received packet, I tired to switch network-type to broadcast but
still doesn't work considering AllL2ISs MAC as well.
Not sure if thats right but I'm trying to let VPP

Hi,
I'm trying to configure ISIS between Cisco router and host that runs VPP and
FRR for control plane.
All looks good for any other routing protocol like BGP and OSPF, also LDP but
not ISIS.
My guessing because ISIS uses different L2 encapsulation ?
Couldn't find any config knob that might
