I had confirmed with Tango and Kris on the booths we needed in the foyer a long
time ago.
I went over everything with Kris already. There will be a booth for the
Wikimedia's Grantmaking Team, the WMF schwag team, Wiki-how (one of our
sponsors). So 3 tables are allocated for them.
Ops, I did have some memory that schwag team Wikihow's request
And as I understand the rest of table is used by ASUS, who kindly provided
us some computers, and probably set up an Internet kiosk for everyone (if
possible)

The Grantmaking booth was the first one requested several months ago, and the
rest of the team that worked on the
foyer set up with me approved (Kris and I went over this several times).We
have plenty of space for ASUS and the three tables. I think the foyer area
looks great!

We encourage you to join us at the Wikimedia Foundation grantmaking booth.
The booth will be located in the Jockey Club Auditorium near the
registration area, where you can take a break from the heat. The booth will
be active from Friday morning until Sunday afternoon.
