It's not so much a specific form of words, but we need to be sure that the donor understands what they're doing. There is a standard template that they can copy/paste and fill in the blanks and send off to OTRS. Feel free to ping me if you want me to did the email out of the queue. Harry Mitchell

There are some example letters on Wikipedia which do a good job of explaining the implications of a CC-BY-SA licence but from a quick read they don't seem to make a good case for why people should donate image. Richard On
