Please start upgrading your code to be compatible with jquery cookie 1.2. There
is just one deprecations to notice and that is $.cookie('foo', null) is now
deprecated. And replace it with Adding $.removeCookie('foo')
You should resend this email from a different address and with a subject,
GMail thinks it's spam, so almost no one will ever see it.

FWIW, the debian `git-review` package is on version 1.23-2 and seems
to have no issues. If you are on debian or ubuntu, you should
probably be using the system native packages, rather than messing
around with `pip install`.

causing many links to be broken and pages that have special characters
