You need to click the edit link, top left of the page that tells you it is
not found. This give me an error message of no permissions so i you have
some kind of restrictions on editing but it should work properly for you.

What you described is the difference between rollback and undo. This is why
it is more powerful and therefore only available to users with the
permission (normally sysop and above).
