It has been a while since that post and I had actually forgotten about it as I must have simply removed the wixlib reference in the wixlib and just added it to the parent install project. But now another developer in our installer group has ran into the same thing with the same error and therefore the question comes back as to why when building a wixlib project that contains a wixlib reference that it fails to find files within the referenced wixlib, even though the files are correctly binded in the wixlib? So if any one knows how to get this to work that would be great as if not then we'll have to use work arounds, like referencing the wixlibs within the parent projects. And remember to do that for every project that requires the main wixlib.
