I tried to drag it to right/left/up/down nothing works.
I think there are plugins for doing that, and if not creating many sites,
which few people do, there is no need.

I have tried out the feature - Featured Image - in the posts or pages.
When the image selected in less than 940px in with (as the header), then the
image will not show up in the post/page header, but it is stil
a grip on this one. Tried several images, with
differents sizes.
800x800 - don't work
800x777 - work
900x900 - don't work
900x759 - don't work
900x920 - don't work
Can't really see a pattern here.
Could anybody try it out and confirm it ...

According to my Win server you have to change the permissions on the folder
(and all files in that folder), where you have WP installed, otherwise the
automatic update will fail. You have to give the web user the rights to
modify and write. Once the update is done, you can change it back.
