I've done some more
(WW) NVIDIA: This server has an unsupported input driver ABI version (have
5.0, need 5.0). The driver will continue to load, but may behave strangely.
Using nv I'll get no longer any xkb problem but a signal 11 ?

I've sucessfully compiled xorg git sources now.
There hasn't been any big trouble, awesome!
However when starting xorgserver the server fails:
(EE) XKB: Couldn't open rules file
/nix/store/smpg6lqc9irva4g1d918mzfwsjc925gi-xkeyboard-config-1.2/etc/X11/xkb/rules/evdev
You need a newer xkeyboard-config release that has the evdev rules.
It's available in xkeyboard-config-1.4.
