The release means is creating a tarball and it appears on GitHub and Launchpad
pages for the download. So it is "installing from the source" history.
Debian is getting new versions usually after several days if it is not
in a freeze phase (which is not the case

suggest you consider to briefly explain in such emails what kind of "Yade" such
stable release is related to.
