Public bug reported: Horizon plug-ins wishing to add actions to existing Horizon table or row actions can configure this with an overrides file.
But in local_settings.py, only one 'customization_module' can be processed by Horizon at a time. Therefore, if two or more plug-ins wish to utilize this feature, only one be activated at a time.
