openstack KILO with nova-docker
NOVA-DOCKER-Glance: Docker image can't registe to glance with broken pipe.
steps:
=======
1. deploy kilo setup with 10 docker compute node, 2 network node , 1
controller. all node are ubuntu 14.04 trusty build.
2. Register docker image to glance, an "broken pipe" error will be observed and
image is always in "SAVING" state:
