Responsibilities:
• Gather requirements, design, develop, debug, produce, refine, test, deploy
SharePoint 2007 solutions
• Perform research of commercial off the shelf products for integration with
SharePoint to enhance its capabilities
• Develop custom web parts for SharePoint
• Apply generally accepted programming standards and techniques
• Act as a technical resource and mentor to users, customers and other team
members
• Design software solutions that accurately reflect requirements and provide
innovative solutions to customer needs
Experience requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in technical analysis and design
• 6 of experience in software development
• Experience working with software, hardware, data and testing standards
• Experience using:
o Microsoft .NET Technology
o SharePoint Portal Server 2007
o Experience with Infopath
o SQL Server 2000/2005
o Microsoft Office Designer
o C# Programming
o Visual Studio 2005/8
o Windows Workflow Foundation
• Understand the following:
o XML Technology (ability to manipulate XML in code)
o XSLT (Style Sheet Transformation)
o CSS (Cascading Style Sheet)
• Ability to design, code and test one's own work, and lead other developers
• MS Office 2007 API. (Excel and Word programming using object model, VBA
exposure not sufficient)
• Web Services
• Office Add-In programming
• Strong analysis and design skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
• Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal
confidently with complex technical problems
