By all means. The license (http://spambayes.cvs.sourceforge.net/*checkout*/spambayes/spambayes/LIC ENSE.txt) seems very clear; an "Individual or Organization" is granted a license to "reproduce, analyze, test, ... and otherwise use the Software" (as long as you don't remove any copyright notices).
