SpamBayes has been reported to work with a number of mail clients on XP. Vista seems more problematic, at least with Outlook (some people report problems, others have none). I haven't seen any reports one way or the other about Citrix, though this list gets periodic queries. (Try a Google search for "spambayes citrix.") SpamBayes may not be a great fit for your project. It's a community project, so the developers maintain it when, as, and if they have interest, time, and resources. I doubt anyone has a Citrix environment to test in. Support is available primarily through this list, where other subscribers may or may not respond to any given message, depending on their availability and whether they have anything useful to say. If you need definitive answers, or enterprise-level support in general, this is not the place to find it. There may be third parties that offer such support. On the other hand, you could contribute to the project by testing SpamBayes on Citrix and posting your results to the list.
