The logs show spambayes is filtering, but I can't explain why you don't see the toolbar (there are no errors in the logs). If you right-click on the main toolbar, do you see a Spambayes entry at all? What about if you right-click, select "Customize", then select "Toolbars" - is Spambayes listed and its checkbox selected? Did you try resetting the toolbars as mentioned in the FAQ? Did it have any affect (ie, did your other toolbars reset too?)
