Have you looked at the FAQ <http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/faq.html#does-spambayes-work-with-outl ook-express> ? It includes a link to step-by-step instructions. I don't use Outlook Express myself, but if the traffic on this list is any indication, many non-experts have gotten SpamBayes to work with it.
