Hi Cesar,

This probably means you're using gnutls as your ssl plugin.  You can
double-check through the Help->Build Information screen to see if NSS or
Gnutls is enabled.  You'll need to remove the gnutls plugin from
/usr/purple-2/ssl-gnutls.so (or equivalent) to be able to switch to use NSS
and then use the NSS Configuration plugin.
