An update for your Google Talk page:
As of 2022/06/12 16:00 CDT Google Talk is offline for Pidgin (several days earlier than expected). Google accomplished this by removing the fix we had to use years ago to continue using Pidgin: A "lowered security" setting for 3rd party program access. After removing that setting option, Google raised the security back up behind the scenes without your permission, thereby blocking Pidgin yet again. Karl A.
