there’s a message saying „Der BOSH-Verbindungsverwaltung hat Ihre Sitzung beendet.“ We are using the messenger in german, so I hope this error message is helpful. Before this message is visible the messenger is taking a long time of trying to connect. Thanks for responding quickly!
