You seem to be under the misapprehension that the Pidgin community operates the venue you are talking about; it doesn't.

Pidgin is a client that can access many different services, and this is a peer support forum, so is going out to users.

You need to work out which service you are using, and who manages it, then contact them about refreshing the certificate on their server.
