At this time, it is still a theoretical process. All the system processes work individually, but aren't engineered into a single working facility yet. I want the separate systems to be integrated into one system, heatwise, for maximum energy efficiency. The engineering hurdle could be sidestepped, by running each system as a separate unit in a linear process. I want to build it as one completely-heat-integrated facility, instead of a collection of separate systems. I've run into some severe political hurdles, and all productive work is now on hold, until the hurdles can be cleared. The political hurdles seem to be immovable at this time. I've had a group of the best qualified people I could find working on this for considerable time, and a LOT of expense. Now a hurdle has been put up, and we are working on other projects of individual interests until the hurdle can be solved. A Venture Capitalist with deep pockets would cure all ills. Basically, what the hurdle consists of, is a competitor who has made large contributions to the right places. I'm being asked to match or beat them. I have neither the will nor the Capital to play that game. I have already made the determination, that I will post all the research and information publically, before I will turn it over to a hijacker. We'll wait and see if the fall elections remove a hurdle, or reinforce it. The decision will be made some time after that to either sell the Technology for a reasonable price, license it, or publish it publically. The building site will be put to another use, hopefully energy related. The way I understand the Patenting Laws, anything I post Publically becomes Public Knowledge, and cannot then be Patented by the hurdle maker. Am I correct? He/they may be able to prevent me from building it, but if he can't Patent the process, he can't prevent anyone else from building it with Publically available information. Some day, somehow, I will see my concept plant built by someone. It will NOT be buried. Motie ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor ---------------------~--> Buy Stock for $4. No Minimums.
