I posted pretty much the same question on the correct list and did not yet receive a response. There are of course a variety of possible reasons, such as if it's a new member and they might not have spotted the questions, or if they do not wish to draw attention yet to their work in that specific a way, or whatever. I did a google search of 'biomass "Grant Count Economic Development"'. There were so many hits on so many different Grant Counties and biomass, even that did not narrow it down.
