Check your class inheritance tree, it's defined in one of your ORM's
base classes,
depending on what you use:
Propel: symfony/lib/plugins/sfPropelPlugin/lib/form/
sfFormProppel.class.php
Doctrine: symfony/lib/plugins/sfDoctrinePlugin/lib/form/
sfFormDoctrine.class.php

Search for unlink().
