syslog-sign, draft-12 length of TPBL

Hello (again)

Draft-12 says the length (size in bytes) of TPBL (Total Payload Block
Length) shoud be 8. (page 20).

I assume, this is a typo, and should be 1-8, like the simulair fields.

Note: It is a integer, like the index, which has length 1-8.
