Web Site designer with usability experience. The successful candidate will
design and develop prototype software applications based on requirements
defined by the client. The candidate will assist the applications
development team in defining the CSS for applications used Agency wide.



*Required Qualifications*:

   - BA/BS in related field.
   - Four (4) years of progressive experience may be substituted for degree.

   - JavaScript
   - CSS
   - HTML
   - Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language (DHTML)
