*Location*: Phoenix , AZ *Duration*: 1 year (Starts: 05/04/2009) *Job Description*: Requirement is for a Project Engineer to perform the tasks outlined below. 1. Act as the client’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AXP voice infrastructure supported in region (i.e. PBX /Key Systems, CMS, Voice mail, Wallboards, Music on Hold, etc.) with responsibility for the regional relationship with vendors and the client as it relates to Voice Infrastructure projects. Drive for increased focus and prioritization of client issues and concerns with vendors to support project goals. 2. Participate in internal and external change management review processes as required and implement changes in coordination with the clients Centralized Voice Engineering team. 3. Liaise with internal and external local market project managers. 4. Liaise with partners to ensure all processes are managed and involve the correct procedure. 5. Engages with internal and external teams and associated processes for all new voice infrastructure initiatives and acts as a project resource/SME. 6. As required, receive quotes, perform review and validation. Track orders through delivery and installation. 7. Ensure new projects meet Standards and security, control and compliance. 8. Provide consulting regarding supported voice infrastructure environment. 9.
