Thanks Sri Y M ji. There are several view points in our W APP group, a very interactive one. I had my say and when one of them asked what will we do if Pak goes to the International Court of Justice - ICJ, on the suspension of the Indus Water Treaty. I replied saying
If the Pak Govt has even slightest common sense, they will not approach the ICJ but appeal to our S C, (not even their S C) and Our most (dis)honorable S C will hear them even at midnight, stay the Order and grant bail to anyone arrested on anti India activities. Stay means water will continue to flow until the final verdict which will never come. Remember the T N minister Ponmudi was convicted by the H C and that order was stayed by the S C. He has become a minister again. Our wretched S C which puts a time limit even for the President does not think it fit to apply such time limits to its own cases. We have already forgotten the Delhi H C judge Verma's case. S C appointed panel is still investigating and that rascal is now in Allahabad H C. And the milords are talking about time limits and transparency. Shame on them and shame on all of us who are silently swallowing everything.
