No, I copied to a separate directory called getStart and accesing hello.html in that directory using http://loalhost:8080/getStart/hello.html.   Any suggestions ?   Thanks. Next I started tomcat server and copied getStart under webapp directory. I started rmiregistry and then the server. I tried to open hello.html from a browser with url http://localhost:8080/getStart/hello.html.
