Title: stop shipping debian-installer package hook Status in apport package in Ubuntu: Fix Committed Bug description: I don't remember when we stopped producing installer images with debian-installer but it should be long enough ago that people won't be reporting bugs about it on Noble. So let's drop that from the apport package.
