"No media available" label shows in camera preview with long
translations

Bug description:
See the attached screenshot. The translation in Catalan for "No media
available." is longer than the English string, making the letters not
visible in the screenshot spill out to the camera preview.
The label size for that message should probably be limited to the
width of the photo roll, so that longer messages don't affect the
camera preview.
