Then either Cyberduck is at fault or your configuration. If you get in
via ssh then you have clearly enabled the Touch's remote login feature.
And the Touch definitely supports scp. For scp I use WinSCP and it
throws 1-2 error messages up at login, but if I just click "OK" on the
annoying error messages then I get in.

So if you can get along with the command line, I would use ssh to start
a terminal session and then use the scp command from there. But if
you're doing something that needs scp with a gui, try something other
than Cyberduck.
