You're looking in the Turbine tree right?
Look in "modules" under each of the sub-directories ( page, action,
screen, layout, etc...)
You'll see files named WebMacroSite.... Ignore the old
BaseWebMacro.... stuff
Also see the docs directory and examples/webmacro/README.txt
