I just thought about it a little more and while loosing a good brand like firefox might be bad _not_ presenting each new user with allcaps legalese might actually be a good selling point.
Coordinating with other distros on this issue would be good. Just build the definite Linux browser brand ( powered by Mozilla ). That will be a win-win for everybody in the long run. Just make sure the browser gets a good name and it is clear to everyone that it is just a self build Firefox without the annoyance/nag. Mozilla is the new XFree86. Firefox is not free anymore.
