I have the same problem. Edgy, rdesktop 1.4.1-1.1, nvidia-glx 1.0.8776+2.6.17.6-1. Didn't happen in Dapper. Can be made very slightly more tolerable by turning off "Show window contents while dragging" on the target Windows box (see attached screenshot); if this is done, corruption only occurs when windows are dragged in a downward direction.
