Hi,
I've upgraded several machines to intrepid. On most of these machines,
an info window appeared after the upgrade offering to replace the old
logout/shutdown button in the gnome panel with a new combined one.
On two of my machines that requester never appeared (on one the update-
manager crashed before cleaning up the machine).
How would I perform that replacement manually?
