It mounts, cause i followed the instructions on
http://ubuntuforums.org/archive/index.php/t-3687.html

/etc/fstab is ok... line:  /dev/fd0 /media/floppy0 auto 
rw,user,noauto,exec,utf8 0 0
I edited /etc/modules and put the floppy on the end of the file, and rebooted.

Nautilus message is displayed before mounting:  unable to mount the
volume. Details mount:/dev/fd0 is not a valid block device.

I am using Ubuntu 8.04. kernel 2.6.24-22-rt
