thanks for explanations, I really appreciate it. As I can judge from this application, it can help to search, run and give minimal info about searched program. 1. It searches perfectly, even I put half of name. 2. It run - no problem - it is sometime useful. 3. It provides minimal info. But here is a minor inconvenience - it only shows info without giving ability to use this info (at least copy it).
What about make tiny improvement to this dialog (no intention to change the aim of this tool), to allow people not to search in number of files for command and just use this convenient application to search get info and run. Sorry for this issue I just wanted to make Ubuntu an OS that is designed for people and for their convenience.
