Yes, I have check my /etc/apt/sources.list for unofficial repositories.
There was none of them.

The problem was that I have used one of unofficial repository some time
before upgrading to 9.04. This repository contains more recent libgnutls
then 8.10 official repositories. After my experiments have been
completed, the appropriate line from sources.list has been removed. But
the library remains installed. After upgrade, new official library does
not replace existing version. By downloading the libgnutls26 deb file
and installing it via dpkg utility I have resolved all dependencies.
Thanks :)
