Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

If I've suspended my laptop by closing the lid, when I open it to
resume, the screen stays blank, even though sound starts back up and
wifi reconnects.

If I suspend from the menu, or invoke pm-utils from a console, then the
resume works perfectly.

This has been true since upgrading to Lucid last week.

Gnome power manager is 2.29.1-0ubuntu2

Pm-utils is 1.30~rc1-0ubuntu1

Kernel is linux-image-2.6.32.11.15
