I can now see that I have ubiquity 2.1.14 (I updated the installer
before running it). The log files 'media-info', 'version' and
'casper.log' didn't have anything useful. Hopefully this helps.
When logged into this virtual machine just now it was again set to USA
keyboard map. I had deleted the USA keyboard config and added the danish
- the danish is still there but USA has come back and was set as
primary/default when I logged in.
