It should be obvious to all by now that the powers that be are not interested in this bug; it has been open for nearly six years now, and nothing has been done, in spite of numerous calls to see how the good people at Mandriva manage to do it, and have managed it ever since I first used Mandrake 6.1 over ten years ago.
