I did not succeed in integrating spam-bayes into evolution in a easy manor, coz i am using IMAP and things became very tricky. I think bogofilter is the way to, because it is faster and it already has a evolution plugin. But from what i have read it is not always working right. And there has to be an easy way to train bogofilter from within evolution and it should be installed with evolution.
