A paper cut is defined as: »A trivially fixable usability bug that the average user would encounter in default installation of Ubuntu or Kubuntu Desktop Edition«.
Since this bug is only valid for »some machines« and the fix does not seem trivial, this can not be addressed as part of the Paper Cuts project. Don’t worry though, it will still be registered as a bug in ubiquity.
