Thank you so very much , for you taking the time and trouble to reply to my problem, when you are an old buffer like me, just beginning to start on computing , i need all the help i can get !!!! A friend of mine , whom started out using Dos 4 , spent a lot of time on that , as he is retired also , and came up with your suggestion , through the Ubuntu help menu, it is knowing where to look and as i am new to all type of computing , i didn't / don't know where to look!!! I notice on the new version 10.10 you can buy a DVD pogramne, but i have again used your suggestion , and that again works . Thank you again so much, for you kind reply. With very best wishes, Gerry
