I looked at the postrm script in both lucid and precise to spot any
significant difference but there doesn't seem to be any.  Since it's the
source-call to /usr/share/debconf/confmodule that's to blame, here.  I'm
fully aware that the bug is only in icecc OR debconf and most likely not
both, but I'll add a debconf task here for the devs to have a look and
decide where the problem may be.
