Well, I just think it's a shame that such long threads need to be created for such obvious bug fixes that never get fixed. It's a shame. That's why I stopped using Ubuntu or any other distro on my desktop. (but not Linux)

I suppose the utility only formats selected partition (and leaves other ones alone) or formats the whole drive into Fat-32. But it doesn't. It formats the whole stick into one big Fat-32 partition, which is highly inconsistent.
