Public bug reported: Nautilus is using 100% CPU usage and locks up my machine. I eventually have to shut down my laptop manually after 5 minutes because it does not recover.
It does this on all Unity, Unity 2D, and Gnome-shell. I am using Ubuntu 11.10.
