I can confirm the bug, I first noticed it when trying to change a column of an existing table, then after trying to create a new table - every time when closing the column properties window. I can also confirm that changing GTK theme to clearlooks (after installing gtk2-engines) in KDE's System Settings solves the problem (however oxygen-gtk would look better).
