Yes. But the Network manager has developed another anoying problem: When the network connection fails (while beeing on the train for example), the connection not only is not beeing automatically re-established, but instead NM is not even able to establish a manually triggered connection anymore, even even when good reception is available. Sometimes it even looses all knowledge about the available UMTS Modem. In those cases only a complete NM restart will bring the subsystem back to life. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/431177 Title: Dell 5520 Mobile Broadband card is again not beeing detected by NetworkManager 0.8 on Karmic To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/431177/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
