I'm following GNOME3 PPA since before the official Quantal release, therefore every single package is updated. (I've got no other third- party GNOME packages.)
I've tried steps 2-4 many times; I've even tried removing all 4 layouts (Lithuanian, Russian, Greek and French) that I use (except the last one), tried adding an American one and then remove all others; I've even tried changing locale to English, logout and then login back and repeat the steps again. Nothing.
